Returns / Changes
In Picsil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return or change process under the following conditions:
1. Returns from € 2.99.
You can return your order within 30 days since the arrival of the same.
2. Do you need to change an article?
We have the change option for another article or size.
In the case of change, you will pay from € 2.99 the shipment with your new article.

3. The items must be unused and with their original packaging.
They must keep their original status, without signs of use, washing or deterioration.
4. No returns of certain products are accepted.
We do not admit changes or returns in:
- Templates
- Personalized articles
- Socks
