PicSil pays great attention to the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions from its partner companies and manufacturers, and photographs illustrating the products. All this is done within the limits of technology and respecting the best market standards.

5.2 Price Information
The sale prices indicated on www.picsilsport.com and its sub-domains are shown in euros. VAT is included in these prices, but not the shipping service charges. The shipping service charges are borne by the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and completing the contracting process. PicSil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The prices and offers presented on www.picsilsport.com are only valid for orders placed through www.picsilsport.com and may not match other PicSil stores or platforms in Spain.

Purchase Process

6.1.Registration
To place an order, it is necessary to connect to www.picsilsport.com and register as a user by completing the electronic form following the instructions at each stage. After registration, you can proceed to purchase your product(s).

6.2.Product Availability
Orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. When accessing www.picsilsport.com, you can check the current availability of each of the products we offer in our online store, distinguishing between: - Available: Item with stock available within the timeframes defined in point 7 (Order Processing and Delivery) - Available on order. - Not available. - Pre-launch: You can place your online order so that your reservation is sent to the indicated address on the launch day

6.3.Payment Methods
PicSil offers several solutions to proceed with the payment of your purchase at www.picsilsport.com: Credit card payment: at www.picsilsport.com you can use the following credit cards: - VISA - MasterCard Once you have validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address), a new page will appear for you to choose which payment method you wish to use and enter your details. If you make the payment with a credit card, the charge on your card will be made in deferred (except maestro card), that is, at the time of shipment. In this way, only the items actually shipped will be charged. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside the Spanish territory. Picsilsport.es reserves the right to refuse any transaction made with a credit card. In this case, we will proceed to refund the cash to the original card. In these cases, and if the customer is interested in continuing with the purchase of the items, we will request a bank transfer. PayPal: You can make the payment of your purchase through PayPal. By choosing PayPal as the payment method, the billing address previously indicated will be ignored, and the address registered in your PayPal account will be considered for billing purposes. Bank transfer: You can make the payment of your purchase by bank transfer by selecting this payment method. Once the order is placed, you have a maximum period of 4 days from the date of confirmation to order the bank transfer. After this period, if the payment has not been made, we will proceed to cancel the purchase. The purchase is not considered finalized until there is evidence of the transfer

6.4.Shipping Costs
The delivery costs depend on the category of products or the type of delivery chosen. The products are delivered directly to the address or delivery address indicated by the customer, under the conditions set out below, through the MRW courier agency. The delivery costs consist of a base value per order or delivery. If your order consists of products included in different classes, the total value of the delivery costs will be the highest value of these classes. Please read the detailed explanation: Base cost The base cost represents a fixed value per item class. Rate applied to each of the defined product classes: Class 1 - Products of normal size and weight (up to 5kg) Class 2 - Products of large size and weight (+ 5kg) The base cost represents a fixed value per item class.

6.5.Taxes and Fees.

The shipping service costs are borne by the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these costs before confirming the order and completing the purchase process.

6.6.Order Status:
Pending authorization – The purchase is still waiting to be recorded in our database. Open – The purchase is already recorded in our database and waiting to be managed by our Logistics Center. Picking – The purchase is already recorded and identified in our database and the preparation process of your order has begun. Invoiced – The purchase is already recorded and identified in our database. It has been prepared, invoiced, and sent to the address indicated as the delivery destination.

6.7.Order Processing and Delivery.
Shipments are only made to mainland Spain destinations. The sale of products from www.picsilsport.com is excluded for the Balearic and Canary Islands. The estimated delivery time is 48-72h from the day after the payment confirmation of the order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) There is also the option of urgent shipping with delivery in 24 hours, from the day after the payment confirmation of the order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) Products are delivered in secure packaging. If external damage to the product packaging is detected, the customer must detail this fact on the receipt signed to the carrier and immediately contact our Customer Service line through www.picsilsport.com or through the number 910 05 37 67. A delivery receipt without any mention of damage equals a product with packaging in perfect condition. Similarly, if damage to the product is detected once the package is opened and the packaging is in perfect condition, the customer has 24h from its receipt to contact our Customer Service line through www.picsilsport.com. If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with the phone number you can contact to arrange a new delivery attempt. After 3 business days from the first attempt without the customer agreeing on a new delivery date, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

6.8.Order Tracking.

Warranty

PicSil states and guarantees that it can sell products from its Web Portal www.picsilsport.com. PicSil states and guarantees that its Internet platforms are technically prepared for the sale of products and services.

The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installations not carried out by authorized Technical Services where applicable, etc., nor materials that are worn out from use.

PicSil reserves the right to request a verification of the origin of the problem from an official brand technical service. If the defect is found to be caused by something external to its origin, the repair will be chargeable. In cases that justify the application of the warranty, repair, replacement of the item, reduction or refund will be chosen, under the legally established terms.

Returns

Product Return
You have 30 calendar days to return the purchase. Contact our Customer Service to find out how to proceed with the return.

Never send the item without having previously contacted our Customer Service.

Although the collection and shipping management is handled by PicSil, the collection costs will be borne by the customer and the shipping will be completely free with PicSil assuming that cost.

Return Conditions:
- Items without signs of use. - Return with all its components, accessories, instruction manuals, and original packaging. - Return Period: 30 calendar days from the day the delivery is made.

Return Exceptions:
Food and sports supplements. - Structures made to order or personalized items. - This right of return is recognized in addition to the rights legally established for consumers and users by current legislation, in the event of non-compliance with the contract.

Return for shipping damages
The deadlines for making a claim for damages to the merchandise will be 24 hours from the delivery date if the damages are not externally visible. If they are visible upon delivery, make the claim to the carrier at that moment
