We guarantee your peace of mind. Returns are free on all products for 60 calendar days from the receipt of the order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for free as long as the following conditions are met:

1. The products must come in their original packaging along with all their components, accessories, and original instruction manuals.
2. The products must have been purchased directly through our website or an official point of sale.
3. The items must be in the same condition as they were sent: Unused and without marks or damage.
4. Socks and insoles are exempt from our return policy for hygiene reasons.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Please ensure that the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to prevent damage during transport.

MAKE THE RETURN

Click on the "MAKE A RETURN" button and complete the requested information in the form. Indicate the reason and confirm the return.

DELIVER THE PACKAGE

Soon you will receive an email with the label that you must place on the package. You just need to pack the items, attach the label, and deliver the package to the agreed pickup point.

ARE THERE SHIPPING COSTS?

No. PICSIL will cover the shipping costs for returns worldwide, as long as the pickup is scheduled by PICSIL and, in no case, if the customer has chosen a different shipping method.

SPECIAL CASES

- In the case of partial return of items that results in not meeting the minimum amount for orders with free shipping, PICSIL will refund the amount of the returned items, but deducting the shipping costs.

- Any transport operator that is not one of those offered by PICSIL will be the customer's responsibility. PICSIL will not be responsible for losses or damages caused by independent carriers.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

Once the return process is initiated and the product arrives at our facilities, the items will be reviewed. After verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
In the case of having paid shipping costs, only the full amount of the items will be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. That is, even if payment has been made, the order has not left our facilities.
