- Proper storage: Store the Rope in its carrying bag to protect it from moisture, dust, and potential damage. Avoid leaving it exposed to the sun or in damp places.

- Regular cleaning: Clean the handles and cable with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals, as they can damage the materials.

- Cable inspection: Periodically check the condition of the cable, and if you notice wear or damage, replace it to prevent breakage during training.

- Cable adjustment: Make sure to correctly adjust the cable in the head. If you make frequent adjustments, check that it is well-secured to prevent it from loosening during use.

- Avoid abrasive surfaces: Use the Rope on smooth surfaces to prolong the cable's lifespan and prevent premature wear.

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over 60€, with a delivery time of 24-48h for Spain, and 3-5 days for all of Europe and International.

In the case of personalized items, delivery is 2 to 10 days.
