We will need: 

  • 60 gr ground oat (you can crush it yourself) 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 peanut cream 
  • 40 ml milk or vegetable drink (it should not be very thick)

Remove everything in a cup and take the micro 2 minutes. 

Frost rocks

Another super satiating recipe that will give you fast energy if you have a demanding training is: 

  • 3-4 dates 
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut cream 
  • 2 nuts 

Crush everything and with the dough form small balls. Take the frigo for 30 ’and eat.
